A time for a change of name. I haven't gone by the name dodgy dave anywhere but here in a very long time so I thought I'd take advantage of premium membership and change it. So, it's goodbye dodgydavec and hello TheBigDaveC! I've got this premium thing for two years so I suppose I should look in to some of the customisation it offers. Incidentally, although my name is no longer dodgy, my jokes still are. Hopefully my artwork isn't.

What a total waste of money! I don't mean it's a waste of money for everyone. I'm sure people who use this site for serious purposes get their money's worth out of premium membership. But, for me, it had no benefit whatsoever. So now I am back to being an unpaying member of society lol C'est la vie.

Found myself using DeviantArt more and more and more over the past few months so finally decided to get myself subscribed. That's not as painful as it sounds. Thanks to PayPal ;) I've made a few new friends on here thanks to a certain ~VickyM72 (https://www.deviantart.com/vickym72) DeviantVicky person.  And thanks to :iconshippd: ShippD for showing me how to add artist's icons  :) Well, that's all I have to say. First journal entry in ages. Laters!

I've had this account for well over a year, but only recently started to use it. I find it incredible how many deviations are added per minute. I am using this to upload what I feel are my best pieces of work. I only hope I can garner an audience for it. But it's a big place, y'know? Since this is my first journal entry, all I can do is say hello and I hope you like my work. My Mum thinks I'm a devian tart. :S
